Dr. Md Saidul Islam is the author or editor of eight interdisciplinary books that span environmental sociology, sustainability, political Islam, food security, globalization, and education in the Global South. His most recent work is the edited volume The Jamaat Question in Bangladesh: Islam, Politics and Society in a Post‑Democratic Nation, co‑edited with Syed Serajul Islam and published by Routledge in late 2023 (first edition 2024).
