He also earned a Master's degree in Sociology from the same institution. His foundational academic training began at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, with a concentration in Islamic Revealed Knowledge.

His interdisciplinary academic journey, spanning Islamic and Western institutions, has equipped him with a unique perspective on global development, sustainability, and environmental sociology.
